What is Soft Theory?
Soft Theory is a contemporary womenswear label exploring the balance between softness and structure. With thoughtful details, feminine silhouettes, and a considered approach to design, we create pieces meant to be worn and cherished beyond seasons.
How do I find my size?
You can refer to our size guide to find your best fit. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us. We'd be happy to help!
Are your pieces true to size?
Yes, our pieces are true to size and follow our standard size chart.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes! If you'd like to make any changes, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. You can DM us on Instagram or email us at support.softtheory@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our pieces are available on a pre-order basis, with an estimated delivery timeline of 15–20 days from the date of placing your order.
For pieces available for direct dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is 5–7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details to follow its journey to you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently offer exchanges or store credit on eligible pieces, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds.
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We pack every order with utmost care, so the chances of receiving a damaged piece are extremely low. However, if something isn't right, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the item. We'll be happy to assist you.
How should I care for my Soft Theory pieces?
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend dry cleaning and steam ironing only. A little extra care goes a long way in preserving their shape, fabric, and detailing.
Where are Soft Theory pieces made?
Our pieces are made in India, with an emphasis on considered design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
We believe in creating thoughtfully and in limited batches, keeping sustainability at the heart of our approach. Once a piece sells out, we won't be bringing it back.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not just yet! We're working on it and hope to start shipping worldwide soon.
Do you take custom orders or offer custom sizing?
We're working on introducing customisation and custom sizing options. Coming soon!
